Product Introduction

Technically, the LSPEC 870 emits X-rays towards the object being inspected and receives the X-ray signals backscattered from low atomic number materials (such as organic matter, explosives, and drugs) within the object, thus generating a high-contrast image. Because high atomic number materials such as metals scatter X-rays less effectively, while low atomic number materials such as organic matter scatter signals more strongly, this technology has significant advantages in detecting plastic weapons, liquid explosives, and drug packages concealed behind or on the surface of metal containers.

In terms of performance, this device features rapid imaging, high sensitivity, and low radiation dose. Operators simply need to point the device at suspicious targets, such as packages, tires, suitcases, car interior components, or aircraft cabin walls, and they can acquire clear backscattered images within seconds, accurately identifying contraband such as handguns, daggers, explosive devices, and drugs. The device also supports real-time image display, localized magnification, suspicious target annotation, and data storage and backtracking, facilitating rapid on-site interpretation and post-event analysis.
