Technical Services
Acceptance: Acceptance shall be completed within 3 months after the contract takes effect. Authorized technicians from the instrument manufacturer will unpack, install, and debug the equipment on-site at the end user's location, and conduct acceptance testing together with the user until the instrument's technical specifications are deemed satisfactory, an acceptance report is issued, and the end user signs off on it before formal delivery to the user.
Warranty: After the equipment installation and acceptance are completed, the instrument manufacturer is required to provide a one-year free warranty service for the entire set of equipment, and lifetime maintenance.
