4. The steering of the tractor. When turning the tractor, reduce the accelerator or shift to a low gear, and do not use unilateral braking to make sharp turns.

5. The problem of gear shifting and working speed selection of the tractor. The gear shifting and working speed selection of the tractor will cause the clutch assembly to operate the steering wheel to achieve steering when the tractor driving speed is reduced. The tractor runs at high speed, and the correct selection of the working speed of the tractor can not only obtain good productivity and economy, but also prolong the service life of the tractor. When the tractor is working, it should not be overloaded frequently, and the engine should have a certain power reserve. The choice of tractor field working speed should make the engine work under about 80% load.

6. Use of tractor differential lock.

When the tractor is working, the differential lock generally remains disengaged. When the rear wheel of the tractor slips seriously or sinks into a pit, step on the differential lock control pedal and keep it in this position, so that the differential lock is combined to make the tractor drive out of the slippery area. When the differential lock is engaged, the tractor cannot turn, otherwise it will cause abnormal tire wear, damage to the central transmission, or even rollover.

7. Tractor braking.

Under normal circumstances, the engine accelerator should be reduced first, then the main clutch pedal should be depressed, and then the service brake pedal should be depressed gradually to make the tractor stop smoothly. During emergency braking, the main clutch pedal and the service brake pedal should be depressed at the same time. While driving, the driver is not allowed to put their foot on the brake pedal or clutch pedal. Special reminder: When the tractor is driving on the road, be sure to interlock the left and right brake pedals. When the tractor is parked on a slope, you should wait for the engine to stop, and then shift the gear before releasing the brake pedal. When going uphill, go to forward gear and when going downhill.

8. Manipulation of front-wheel drive.

When the tractor performs heavy-duty work in the field or works on wet and soft soil, the front drive axle is usually connected to work. When the tractor is used for general transportation operations on hard roads, it is not allowed to engage the front drive axle, otherwise it will cause the front wheel to be early. wear.

9. The hydraulic output valve and its manipulation realize four-wheel drive operation.

The tractor is equipped with a single-acting or double-acting hydraulic output valve, and the joystick of the hydraulic output valve is operated to control the single-acting or double-acting oil cylinder on the farm implement. The hydraulic output valve of the pulling machine is adjusted to double-acting before leaving the factory. If a single-acting agricultural implement is required, the user can adjust it to a single-acting hydraulic output.

10. Tractor oil requirements:

①. According to different environments and seasons, choose different brands of diesel. Mixing of different brands of diesel is strictly prohibited.

②. The fuel and transmission hydraulic oil added to the fuel tank must be filtered or precipitated for at least 48 hours before they can be added for use.

③ When the engine is running, do not refuel the fuel tank. If the tractor is working in the heat or the sun, the fuel tank cannot be filled. Otherwise, the fuel will overflow due to expansion, so wipe it dry immediately.
