Maintenance method of wheeled tractor

The tractor must be run-in before use, otherwise the service life of the tractor will be shortened.

During the use of the tractor, due to the influence of various adverse factors, the working capacity of the parts will gradually decrease or disappear, and the fuel, lubricating oil, coolant and other substances will be gradually consumed, and the technical state of the whole machine will deteriorate. Therefore, the tractor must be maintained in a timely manner by cleaning, tightening, adjusting, replacing, adding and other methods to maintain the normal working condition of the tractor.

After the run-in is over, the tractor must immediately carry out comprehensive technical maintenance. The technical maintenance content is as follows:

1. After shutdown, discharge the oil in the engine oil pan and steering oil tank while it is hot, and clean the oil pan, oil filter, diesel filter, oil filter, air filter and filter in the steering oil tank , After replacing the diesel filter element and oil filter, inject new lubricating oil. Release the lubricating oil of the drive train, lifter and front drive axle while it is hot, and remove the oil suction filter of the lifter for cleaning.

2. Release the cooling water and add new coolant. When the temperature in winter is lower than 0℃, the cooling system of the tractor engine should be filled with antifreeze, and the tractor without antifreeze should drain the water when it is stopped to prevent the water from freezing and causing the body to burst and crack.

3. Check the free travel of clutch and brake, and adjust if necessary.

4. Check and tighten all external bolts, nuts and screws.

5. Add grease to all parts of the tractor that need to be greased according to the operation and maintenance instructions.

6. Check the front and rear tire pressure, and inflate it according to the specified value if it is insufficient.

7. Check the tractor for air leakage, oil leakage, water leakage, etc. If there are "three leakages", it should be eliminated.

8. Maintain the diesel engine according to the requirements of the instruction manual.
