1. At the same time as retracting the second arm, lift the boom and retract the bucket to make the bucket full and flat, lift the boom to make the bottom of the bucket off the ground, rotate it to the middle position of the carriage, and then open the bucket, retract the second arm, and lift the boom to unload the soil in the middle of the carriage.

Attention: During the rotation process, the speed should not be too fast, and the vehicle should not be scratched, touched, or hit. When loading the vehicle, it should be unloaded from the middle to the three sides or from the back without spilling. The bucket should not rotate from the driver's cab or personnel.

2. The excavator body should be in a stable horizontal position, otherwise it is difficult to accurately control the rotary unloading, thereby prolonging the operation cycle time; An appropriate distance should be maintained between the excavator body and the truck to prevent the tail of the body from colliding with the truck during a 180 ° rotation; Try to perform left turn loading as much as possible; This way, the field of view is broad and the work efficiency is high. At the same time, it is necessary to correctly grasp the rotation angle to reduce the time spent on rotation; The position of the truck should be lower than that of the excavator to shorten the lifting time of the boom and have a good view; First, load sand and gravel, then place large stones to reduce the impact on the cargo compartment.

3. During lifting operations, the surrounding conditions of the lifting site should be confirmed, high-strength hooks and wire ropes should be used, and specialized lifting devices should be used during lifting; The homework should be done in micro operation mode, with slow and balanced movements; The length of the suspension rope should be appropriate. If it is too long, it will cause the suspended object to swing significantly and be difficult to accurately control; Correctly adjust the position of the bucket to prevent the steel wire rope from slipping; Construction personnel should not approach the lifting object to prevent danger caused by improper operation.

4. The loading process of the dump truck can be divided into four steps: excavation, boom lifting and turning, and boom lowering and turning. The main methods for loading dump trucks with excavators are backhoe loading and rotary loading.

A、 Backhoe loading method. It is an excavator that loads from a foundation higher than the dump truck. This method has high efficiency, good visibility, and is easy to load.

When using this loading method, the platform height can be set to be the same or slightly higher than the carriage of the dump truck, and the platform should be flat and firm.

When reversing the dump truck, pay attention to the position of the bucket. When it reaches an easily observable position, the excavator will honk to indicate stopping.

B、 Rotary loading method. Excavators and dump trucks are mounted on the same horizontal foundation, and the excavator body must rotate. This method is less efficient than reverse loading and is only used when site conditions are limited.

5. During the homework process, the lifting amount of the bucket when the boom is lifted and rotated should be adapted to the height of the dump truck during a 90 ° rotation. Left turn provides better visibility and is easy to load. The loading sequence is generally from the front of the carriage in order, which not only facilitates loading but also ensures visibility.

6. When loading, the excavator excavates and shovels the soil, and the boom lifts and rotates for standby. During this process, the dump truck will reverse while paying attention to the position of the bucket. When the bucket reaches the front of the dump truck, the excavator will honk to indicate parking. The body of a dump truck should generally be perpendicular to the tracks. When determining the parking position of the dump truck, do not initially set the bucket rod to the maximum deployed position, as it should fit into the front of the dump truck, leaving some room for the excavator's bucket rod to extend.

7. Excavation starts from the maximum range of action of the boom, and the bucket should be operated at the optimal excavation angle and smoothly. At the same time as the bucket passes through the side panel of the carriage, the bucket unloads and discharges towards the middle. For the last time, use a combination of slewing and boom lifting to lift the slewing, and use the extended boom and bucket to evenly scrape the soil inside the carriage. With the combination of slewing, boom lowering, and bucket lifting, quickly return to the excavation position.
