Forging Teams, Building Unity: 2024 Team Building Activity at CHHGC

The CHHGC successfully completed its 2024 "Excellence Team" team-building activity from 29th to 30th September. The event aimed to facilitate the rapid integration of new employees, enhance team cohesion and unity, stimulate individual potential, broaden innovative thinking, and create a more open communication environment, while breaking down departmental barriers and improving teamwork and execution capabilities.

Ice-Breaking and Grouping

The ice-breaking activities strengthened communication and cooperation among team members, eliminated unfamiliarity, and enhanced team cohesion. This initiative enabled team members to get to know each other better, quickly narrowing the distance between them and instantly activating the team atmosphere.

Atop the Cloud Platform

The Zhuyufeng Cloud Platform project tested the cohesion of team members. Throughout the journey, they faced a series of team challenges that required following the passage secrets to complete. Everyone put their heads together, trying various methods to accomplish the tasks, fully showcasing the wisdom and strength of the team.

Battlefield Challenge

In the Battlefield Challenge project, team members were assigned different roles, such as generals and soldiers. During the project, effective communication mechanisms were essential among team members to ensure accurate information transfer and successful task completion. This project allowed team members to collectively face challenges, enhancing mutual understanding and trust, thus achieving common growth for both individuals and the team.

Heart-to-Heart Pact

The lively evening party allowed everyone to relax through songs, dances, and skits while also strengthening relationships among team members.

Dry Land Curling

The dry land curling project was a strategic and intellectual contest where each team meticulously planned, demonstrating outstanding collaborative abilities.

Monopoly

Throughout the project, each small team cooperated fully, sharing workloads and enhancing collaboration awareness and communication skills among team members.

Excellence Circle

As the final project, the Excellence Circle required each team to pass through a rope circle in a short period. Each group surpassed themselves through continuous practice and reflection, leading team members to deeply understand the harshness of competition and the joy of success while learning how to make quick decisions and engage in mutual learning.

This initiative effectively enhanced team cohesion, allowing participants to profoundly appreciate the importance of trust and support among team members. Moreover, it helped everyone experience the warmth and care of the research institute. Participants expressed their commitment to applying the training outcomes to their actual work, with renewed vigor and determination, contributing their wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of the CHHGC.
