Single-tire compartment semi-trailers, with their advantages such as lightweight and efficient loading, are gradually becoming the mainstream vehicle type for bulk cargo transportation. The upgrade of its safety configuration is not only reflected in the optimization of the traditional structure, but also integrates intelligent and modular innovative technologies, providing all-round protection for drivers and goods.
I. Braking System: Disc brake + hydraulic retarder, building a dual safety defense line
According to the GB 7258-2017 standard, three-axle side-mounted semi-trailers have been mandatorily equipped with disc brakes since 2020. Compared with traditional drum brakes, disc brakes have a 40% improvement in heat dissipation performance and a 30% increase in thermal fade resistance, effectively avoiding the risk of braking failure on long downhill sections.
